Filing Complaint

Question:

I recently stayed at a hotel in Israel probably owned by Jews, and had a small service issue arise. If I were to complain to the Cust. Service of the Hotel Chain [Worldwide, not owned by Jews] I would recieve some form of compensation. I assume though that this will come at the expense of the branch, in addition to th incident going on their record. May I do so?

Answer:

I don’t know if your complaint to the worldwide office would result in any unjustified penalising of the local branch, but the correct procedure would be to address your complaint to the hotel in Israel and give them the opportunity to make amends before approaching the worldwide office.
