Can a non-Jew recite one of the sheva berachot at birchat hamazon at a wedding?

No. The berachos were enacted for Jews alone, and a non-Jew cannot recite them. If you wish, he can be given the honor of a blessing recited specially for the occassion, but not one of the sheva berachot.
