The Torah’s Disregard of Certain Events

Why doesn’t the Torah mention Yocheved’s death or where she was burried.

Answer:

There are many events that the Torah could seemingly have mentioned, yet doesn’t: for instance, the death of Rivka is not mentioned (explicitly, at least) by the Torah; nor is the death of Leah, and, as the question mentions, nor is the death of Yocheved mentioned. Although we cannot (usually) know why, we may assume that those events that the Torah does not mention are of insufficient significance to warrant explcit mention.
