Coming in to See the Torah

The mishna berurah says that people who are outside the bais hakeneses should come in when the torah is taken out and put back because “brov am hadras melech.” Would this apply to someone who is in the balcony of the ezras noshim which is halachically a different reshus?

Answer:

The idea would apply even in a different reshus, for being “outside the shul” is also a different reshus.

Note that this applies to somebody who is davening outside, who should come inside to see the Torah, and not to somebody who just happens to be outside at the time.
