Reciting Berachah in Mikva

When doing tevelot kelim in a regular mikvah: Can the bracha be made while in the mikvah room itself or must it be made outside? There are no unclothered persons at the time.

Answer:

If there are also showers in the inner chamber, the berachah should not be made inside, but rather in the outer room. After reciting the berachah, one goes in and immerses the utensil in the mikva. If there are no showers, and there is nobody inside (and the place is clean), the berachah can be made inside (Mishnah Berurah 84:4).
