I have a minor mole on my cheek that annoys me cosmetically, but other than that does not appear to be a big deal.
Am I halachichally allowed to have it removed?

If the mole disturbs you, there is room for leniency in removing it (both for the issue of causing oneself an injury, and for the issue of lo yilbash).
