Interest in Promissory Note

If a Jew lends money to another Jew for interest using a Heter Iska form, is it also permitted to have the borrower sign a promissory note guaranteeing the repayment of principal and interest?

Answer:

Yet, this is permitted. Because the interest is charged with halachic permission, it becomes a full obligation, and this obligation can (and must) be recorded on the promissory note.
