Can one daven and say brachot, if one knows by heart and will be able to concentrate, on the way to shul as one is walking?
Also, if one is already late can one do this to catch up? (on the way to shul)

The only time there is an obligation to stop if for the first verse of keriyas shema, for which Chazal state that one must stop walking.
