Out of Town on Morning of Fourteenth Adar

Someone who davens in a neitz minyan at the Kever of Shmuel HaNavi and he lives in Yerushalayim. He usually gets to the area there a an hour or 2 before alos. If he davens there on the 14th of Adar (arrived before alos and leaves after the minyan) will he be chayiv in the mitzvahs of Purim on the 14th of Adar?

Answer:

According to the Mishnah Berurah (688:12) and Aruch Ha-Shulchan (14), one who is outside Jerusalem at the beginning of the day (sunrise) of the 14th will have to read on the fourteenth, including reading on the night before.

Therefore, for somebody living in Jerusalem, this should be avoided.

To my knowledge, the are of Shmuel Ha-Navi is also disputed, but I might be mitaken in this.
