How can the Magen Avraham say that if you do not make a seudah, you are not obligated in Mishloach Manos? Why would my lack of preparations make me patur? I will still be eating a seudah?
Thank You.

Answer:

I am not aware of this Magen Avraham, and even a person who for some reason won’t be making a se’udah is obligated in Mishloach Manos, which is an independent obligation.

Perhaps you are referring to the Magen Avraham 688:10, who notes that Mishloach Manos is on the same day as the obligation of the se’udah, because the Manos are intended to be part of the Purim feast.
