Havdalah Candle in Glass Cover

The penultimate paragraph says that some object because of the glass cover.
I’ve never heard that before. Can you tell me who says this and what is the svara?

Answer:

The rationale for this objection is that the light of Adam Ha-Rishon, which the havdalah candles means to commemorate, was not covered by a glass casing, and therefore we should also use the same uncovered light.

This issue is raised by the Shulchan Aruch (end of 298) and the Mishnah Berurah (298:37) and Biur Halachah (s.v. Ner), who writes that although many are lenient, it is not considered mitzvah min ha-muvchar.
