Are woman required to tear kriah when going to the Kosel (in cases where one would normally be chayav to do so)? In Piskei Teshuvos Siman 561 (sif 4) he brings from Orchos Rabbeinu that woman are chayav. However, are there any others that speak about this? Perhaps mekilim?

I do not know of a source that is lenient in this matter.
“Achar Kosleinu” also writes that women are obligated, and I have likewise seen other works writing as simiple that women are obligated just as men.
