Can a woman get a breast augmentation if it involves general anesthesia?
Answer:
It is permitted where the procedure is of significant importance.
If it is only a matter of preference, it would be preferable to avoid it; there remains, however, room to permit the procedure.
Note that there are other non-halachic issues that one must be wary of in considering such procedures.
