When the shliach tzibbur is masiyum the bracha of “yotzer ha’maoros” and someone is holding not in the place but somewhere else in Bircas Krias Shema (like Ahavas Olam for example) may they answer Amen?

No. During birchos shema a person is only permitted to answer the amen of the berachah that he himself has just completed reciting.
