Someone wanted to be a teacher on my legal name because of their financial reasons… I agreed to do the him the favor… now a few years later I got a statement from a government retirement fund that they owe me money for retirement. To whom does the money belong?

In this case the money belongs to the teacher who actually did the teaching.

The retirement fund is part of the “salary” that is given to the teacher. If you agreed to use your name for his salary (something I don’t think should be done) then the retirement fund is also his.

Best wishes.
