I’m a man and sometimes a hair grows wild out of my eyebrows and it drives my wife crazy, same for nose hair and ear hair. Am I allowed to pull it out or cut it or this falls under “lo tilbash”?

Under the circumstances it is permitted to pull it out.
As noted elsewhere, it is permitted to remove such hair where it causes shame, and the same is true in the case of the question, since the issue is not a matter of beautification but rather of removing a single hair that looks odd and out of place (and therefore drives your wife crazy).
