Birkas Hatorah for one who Didn’t Sleep

Dear Rabbi
I understand that if one stays awake all night, but had slept in the day for more than a Sheinat Kevah, they are able to make Birkot HaTorah for himself.
Does this also apply to Elokei Nishama and HaMaavir Shenah, or does one need to hear these from someone who has slept?

Answer:

Saying Birkas Hatorah in this instance is based on the fact that even for sleeping by day one needs to make a new Birkas Hatorah according to many opinions. That along with the beginning of a new day which may also require new Birkas Hatorah allow for making the brachos. This is not the case with the other brachos which are said only once a day according to all opinions, hence these brachos must be heard from others.
