Induction Hob Kashering

We will be renting a house for the holidays which has an induction hob. I believe it is easier to kasher than a regular ceramic hob . Please advise how we can kasher this ?

Answer:

Since the stove top itself does not become hot, the only food absorption would be from spillage from a hot pot, called iruy kli rishon. Hence it could be kashered through this process as well, by pouring boiling [bubbling] water over the surface. Although it is better to get a converter disk and place the pot on top of it.

Induction cooking may not be used on Shabbos as moving the pot activates and deactivates the induction cooking.
