According to the Sephardi Halacha what happens if a cohen marries someone that is not a Virgin

Answer:

It is prohibited for a Kohen is to marry a woman who was previously married and divorced or one had relations with a non Jew, even before the marriage. One in such a relationship  is required to divorce. However, here too, all such questions have to be presented in person to a Rav who can go over all the details of your situation, in order to determine the halacha in your specific case.
