If I cook meat in an oven and juices spill on the oven floor, can I subsequently cook fish in that oven if I didn’t clean the meat juices and residue out first?

Yes, fish may be cooked in this oven. If there is a large spill that leaves an actual puddle of juices, it should be cleaned before use with fish.
