Dispute regarding authorship and existence of Iyov

Question:

Bava Basra 15 and 16 express lots of different opinions as to who wrote Iyov, whether he lived and if so when.
Rambam in Moreh Nevuchim 3 says he never lived.
Ramban, Ralbag and Malbim say Moshe wrote the Sefer before or after G-d spoke to him.
Ibn Ezra says he was a descendant of Avraham, possibly on Eisav’s side.

If the Gemoro is so uncertain, then what makes these people so certain? They seem to be taking one opinion and taking it as fact.
Perhas Heiman wrote was Iyov. According to Divrei Hayamim 1 25:5 he also had 14 sons and 3 daughters.

Answer:

Very interesting observation, beezras Hashem when I have some more time will look into it.
