I had MS Office installed on my old PC. I bought a new PC but I lost the license # for the MS office CD so I cant install it on my new PC. Can I have my IT guy install it for me with his copy so that I don’t have to pay for it again?

Since you originally payed for the programme you have the right to use on all your personal computers. Therefore you can have it installed.
