Question:

Can someone listen to background music while taking a nap or cleaning or driving allowed on the 3 weeks?

Answer:

General practice is to refrain from listening to music during the three weeks. If music is used for therapeutic purposes i.e. a person is tense whilst driving or he can’t fall asleep and music will help soothe him, then it is permitted.
