For various reasons, Dor Yeshorim was not tested for a couple before they went out. Now they are almost engaged and wish to go for testing. Dor Yeshorim does not allow engaged(or committed) couples to do testing. Is it permitted to go for testing anyway and just not divulge the situation? What if they ask straight out if they are committed? Would it be permitted to lie?

Why can’t you do the test before they get engaged? They have an option to give the results quickly, although it costs more. Besides if you don’t want them to actually get engaged before you have the results then you aren’t lying either, because they are not totally committed yet, until the result come back. otherwise you wouldn’t be testing it so late.
