I rented an on-line video ( duration of rental 48 hours) . I invited my friend to watch together with me, but she was unable to come to my house to watch so I gave her my account # to watch on her own ( within those 48 hours) . Was this a problem halachikly at all?
Answer:
It depends on what is written in the agreement. If it doesn’t say that it is only for the use of the one renting it then it is permitted. However if it says that it may not be lent out then this is what was agreed when it was rented
