Hello,
My question is if an unmarried lady is present for the Kol Nidre service and is present while the congregation does the process of annulling vows, however she does not speak Hebrew (yet) and does not technically understand what is being said, has she fulfilled her responsibility for annulling her vows?

Answer:
She has to say it along with the chazzan once. If she understands that by what she is saying she is annulling her vows it is enough.
