Question:

When can a sfek sfeka be used? For instance, if I am not sure if there is zera on something and then I touch it, can I say that I don’t know if there was zera on it, and even if there was, I don’t know if any got on me. Is this a valid sfek sfeka? Sorry to bother I get very ocd.

Answer:

There is no concern at all since even if there was zera on it, it has dried. Besides this it is only a safek. Therefore there is no need to worry. The Yetzer hora wants us to be nervous about all sorts of different “halachic issues” in order to distract us from davening with proper concentration, so being nervous about this is not what Hashem wants us to do.
