If I wired somebody money am I allowed to charge them for all the fees I get from the bank I.e wire fees, interest, late fee payment’s?
Answer:
It depends in the circumstances. Why was the money transferred? Who is the one who wanted that the transfer should be done specifically in this fashion, etc.? Also if anything was agreed upon beforehand. It is similar to asking who has to pay for shipping.
