Cobwebs in sesame seeds

Question:

I will of course not use the sesame seeds since they have white webbing which some groupings of thensesame seeds are stuck to.
My question is – what exactly is that white cobwebby stuff?
Thanks

Answer:

The cobwebs are a sign of infestation of moth larvae in the sesame seeds. The larvae spin the web , in similar fashion to making a cocoon for themselves.
