about Oral Torah

Question:

PRAISE THE L-RD.
I am an R.C. Christian by birth however G-D is kind enough to relieve me from the wrong teachings of the Christianity. Purely by G-D’s grace I found the blunder in the genealogy of Christ in the gospel of Matthew and Luke, then I searched for the real son of G-D.
By G-D’s grace I found the real reasons why the Jewish does not accept Jesus as the real Messiah. However, I am not satisfied with your(Jewish) explanations about the Oral Torah. I prayed a lot to understand the laws and commands of the G-D.
One of the important reason you say to support your Oral Torah is the method that how to slaughter an animal or bird is not told in the written Torah and it is only explained by the Oral Torah.
I humbly beg you to analyze some points from the written Torah. It clearly explains the rules about slaughter.
“ And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.
10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not. Genesis 15:9&10
I guess (without adding anything to the law) that Abraham might have done it with a long, sharp, thin (so as to avoid any cut to the bones) but strong sword. Even if a small cut has happened in the spinal bone we need not worry about that, (I pray G-D to forgive me if this is wrong) because Abraham done it so, and G-D accepted his offerings. He might have chosen the correct place in the spinal straight above the middle of the heart. He might have done the cut (by quick to and fro movements) in between the spinal bones. So, when the spinal cord got fully cut, all the signals of pain stops from reaching the brain. Without any delay, he might have completed the cut till the animal become two parts. By this he cut the heart also in the same time. So, the heart stopped the pumping of the blood immediately. And because of the great cut most of the blood of the animal flows out in the least possible time. I hope that this might be the easiest way to slaughter an animal without making heavy pain to the animal. If you guess anything better than this please help me to know that method.
Then cover the blood as told by Leviticus 17:13 (“And whatsoever man there be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn among you, which hunteth and catcheth any beast or fowl that may be eaten; he shall even pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust.)
In my understanding only these are the two important laws to slaughter an animal to eat.
In case of the birds, since Abraham didn’t cut the birds into two we also bind to that law. But in my opinion instead of making a semi cut at the throat we may make a semi cut just below the back of the head. By this I hope we can cut the spinal cord of the bird. I hope this will reduce the pain of the bird to the least.
As I have no facilities to test these methods, I humbly beg you to test these methods immediately. Please help me to know the result.
The Bible quotations are taken from Kings James Version.
Please bear with my poor English.

Answer:

I beg to differ about this being a source for the rules of slaughter. The word slaughter is used in the bible tens, if not hundreds of times regarding the different sacrifices, however in these verses the word slaughter is not used at all!! Obviously Abraham was doing something else, or the torah was not discussing the fact that he slaughtered them before cutting them in half. Therefore we still need tradition and the oral torah to explain to us how we are to slaughter animals.
