Question:

1) Can one have a hot or warm shower on erev shabbos chazon?

2) Can one play soccer which is primarily done for exercise purposes on shvuah shechal boy?

Answer:

1. 1. There are different minhagim. In the Rema it says not to, however there are poskim that say that nowadays we are sensitive and therefore it is permitted. and many people are noheg this way. It is better to take the shower in water that is not comfortable.
   2. One may play soccer especially if it is for exercise purposes.
