Makor that marriage between Jew and non-Jew is not a marriage

Where does it say that when chas v’chalilah a Jew and a non-Jew ‘marry’ this marriage is not valid according to Halacha? Is it because there is no kiddushin?

Answer:

Correct. According to halacha, in Jewish law a non Jew does not have Kiddushin.
