Answer:
If it is for medical purposes it is surely permitted, and even if it isn’t for that, many poskim hold that if the action takes very short that it may be done on chol hamoed, therefore you may. (Unless weighing your self will make you sad, since we are not allowed to be sad on chol hamoed)
