Answer:

I am not familiar with Indian Beers.

Tequilla is made with a worm, which would make it non kosher and not allowed.

Regarding whisky, many kashrus agencies are particular that it not be aged in sherry casks. Also, one  needs to be certain that it is not chametz she’avar alav haPesach
