If one is eating a meat meal and drinks from dairy cup next to it, what is the status of that cup? (differences between a glass, wood, ceramic cups etc..)
Answer:
This is not something that should be done, because we don’t want to mix up milchig and fleishig, however if it was already done, the cup no matter which material it is made from will still be milchig. It should be washed out in water that is not hot, because when you drank, there most probably was meat on your mouth, and that got on to the glass. Since there was no contact of hot fleishigs to the cup, the cup is still milchigs.
