Some sources stated that Jewish girls were usually married in their mid teen years (some say early to mid teen years, while others say mid-late teen years) . Anyway, did the rabbis of ancient times commanded that a girl have to be married off at 12 or was it how young can she get married.

Nowadays all the Jewish girls in the societies that I know, get married, or start looking to get married at age 18-20,and some a little later. It depends on the society, and what the norms of life are in that society. It might have been recommended, I can’t say, but as far as I know it was not commanded.
