Question:
I’m 22 year old bochur, am I allowed to babysit at night for my 8 year old nephew, 6 year old niece and 3 yr old nephew? They are all sleeping when I’m there.
Answer:
It would still be yichud. The reason is because at night you will need a third man in order to avoid yichud. The three year old nephew doesn’t count as he is too young to realize anything suspicious, therefore you would need another man besides your 8 year old nephew.
