Answer:
There is no need to have separate rubbish bins for milk and meat. The reason for this is because we are only forbidden to eat milk and meat, together, or to cook them together (even if we don’t plan on eating them at all). Therefore there is no need to keep separate rubbish bins. One should however be careful not to pour hot milk directly on to beef ( or vise versa) that is in the rubbish bin, however such a scenario is not going to happen that often.
