Since bias niddah is a yehoreig v’al yaavor, is bia with a goya (since it is a m’derabonnon) not a yehoreig v’al yaavor? What about the issur of lo sischatein bam?
Answer:
Yehoreig v’al yaavor would still apply if it is done in public, and even if it is done in private it is controversial.
