I have a new food processor. Basically I want it to be able to make parve foods but I would also like to be able to make dairy shakes. If I make a dairy COLD shake, does the metal chopping blade and/or the plastic bowl become milchik? Or can I just clean the chopping blade and bowl thoroughly and use it (either immediately or after 24 hours) to make parve food (including the chopping onion).
Similarly, can I make dairy COLD dough using the plastic blade (using milk or soft cheeses… NOT yellow or hard cheese) and after thorough cleaning use it later (or after 24 hours) to make parve dough? (This is a blade that is not used with onion or other “hot” foods… only for doughs.
I do NOT use the food processor for fleishig..

What you want to do seems fine, just make sure that things are washed out well.
