Question:
Does Melatonin need a Hechsher? Somebody brought me this to Israel, where Melatonin is hard to get and very expensive if available. I have high blood pressure and have had a stroke. Obviously, in the long run, I see that Israeli Melatonin from Solgar is sold in the US, although not here. In the meanwhile, can I use this, or does it have a problem?
Answer:
The medicine doesn’t, but the preparation could contain objectionable things. Please send a list of the ingredients, so it can be investigated.
