Question:

I lied to getba psak to eat normally on Yom Kippur. I feel ashamed. I asked the Rabbi for forgiveness. I put it out of my mind. Yom Kippur is approaching again. My heart is filled with remorse. I already was forgiven by my Rabbi. Now what?

Answer:

You need to get forgiveness from H-shem. This is done by having remorse, which you already have, saying viduy, and accepting upon yourself not to so something like that again.

Best Wishes
