I am 41 years. My eyebrows are thinning. Is microblading Halachadig permissible? It last from 1-3 years. And you need touch ups every 3 months. It only goes under one layer of skin and it’s not permanent like a tattoo
Answer:
The poskim say that in general a woman should not have semi permanent makeup applied, (unless there is a specific need), because it goes under the skin, and even though it is not permanent, it is nevertheless not permitted. (According to some poskim it is Min Hatorah, and according to others it is M’drabonon).
