Tal U’motor for visitor to E. Israel

Question:

Chalom
I will travel to E. Israel next week on Oct 16 (7 cheshvan). I will stay 2 weeks.
My question is regarding saying tal umotor (in E. Israel they start on 7 Cheshvan and in Chutz laAretz on 4 or 5 December)
how should I conduct myself?
I have looked and found that there are multiple possibilities. Which one should I follow?
Thank you for your quick answer.

Answer:

For the Ashkanazim, being that you are returning to Chutz La’aretz before the time that they start saying there, R’ S. Z. Auerbach says that you should say it in Shema Koleinu. This way even if you did have to say it, you are still yotza, and if you didn’t have to say it, you didn’t say it in borech aleinu.
