I am allowed to travel (to Israel) during my year of aveilut for my father z’l.
We have 2 children living there and other close family members, as well.

You may join him and it isn’t considered “tiul” because you want to be together with him, and with your children.

What do you mean by touring purposes? Is there a need to tour, or it is merely for pleasure?
