Answer:
It really depends on what the boss would say about it. If it is possible that he would object to it then you can’t, however if it can be readily assumed that he would not mind, then it would be permitted. Even if he would let, there is a difference between a small document once in a while or printing something large, or doing it often. The best thing is, to be up front about it and ask.
