Is it a problem if yichud for a single woman (divorced) with a 9 year old son, to have a nephew over bar mitzva to stay over?
Answer:
During the daytime it is alright., however at night, during hours that your son will be sleeping it is a problem. The issue can be eleviated by having another boy or man sleep over too.
