Do I need to place a mezuzah on a entrance to a hallway leading to a 3 family apartments?
Answer:
It is hard to answer a mezuza question of this type with out seeing the actual place, but in general a hallway that leads to various apartments does need to have a mezuza.
Is that so, even if I am only a renter of one of the apartments?
My assumption is that the other people are also Jews. The obligation is not only on you, it is on all three of the tenants.
