I used a meat silicon spoon while cooking a parev soup in a parev stainless steel pot by mistake. The soup had fried onions in. The spoon hadn’t been used in 24 hours prior. Is the pot fleishik now? If so can I kasher it to make it parev again?

In the future, you should be careful that this mistake doesn’t repeat itself, but the pot is not fleishig, since the spoon as not use within 24 hours, and there is no need the kasher it. The reason is because in retrospect we say that a vessel that is not a ben yomo ( used within the laat 24 hours) will not prohibit things, therefore your pot is still pareve.
