Question:

There are frozen strawberries in Costco with a mainstream hechsher.
Can I eat them?

Thank you for your help

Answer:

Without knowing what hechsher you are referring to, in general, if you rely on that hechsher and it says that the certification is also on the cleaning of them from insect infestation, then you can eat it.

Best Wishes

  1. The hechsher was OU, and they didn’t mention on the bag anything about checking for bugs
